नजरों में है तेरी परछाइयाँ, पर तू कहीं नहीं। दिल में है तेरे प्यार की गहराइयाँ, पर तू कहीं नहीं। हर पल ढूंढ़ता हूँ तुझे, पर तू कहीं नहीं। तेरी आस-पास होने की आदत सी हो गई है, जब भी तटोलता हूँ, तू कहीं नहीं मिलती।
तेरे एहसास का प्यासा हूँ मैं, तू यह जानती है, पर तुझसे मिलने की कोई उम्मीद नहीं है। तू सही है, दिल मेरा जानता है, लेकिन तुझसे दूर रहना सही नहीं है… सही नहीं… तू हर जगह है, लेकिन इस बाहों को मिलने की उम्मीद नहीं है… या सही नहीं… या सही नहीं
